(Please try these first)

Restart your device.
Experience tells us that a hard reset of the device fixes a majority of issues. Note, this is not the same as simply turning the device off and then back on again. To restart the device, hold both the home and power button down simultaneously for around 5 seconds. The screen will go black and eventually the Apple logo will reappear and the device will boot up as normal.

Remove & Reinstall.
If restarting your device has failed to resolve the issue and other applications are functioning correctly, then the next step is to remove and reinstall the malfunctioning application. To remove an app, press and hold on its icon, when it wobbles, click the x in the upper-left hand corner. Then visit the App Store to redownload the app. (Note: all non-cloud application data will be lost).

How do I access recent conversions?
To access recent conversions simply tap the clock icon next to the . button. This will list up to five of your most recent conversions.

How do I save recent conversions?
Recent conversions are saved automatically. When you carry out a conversion, that combination of units will be saved to your recents. If it already exists it will move to the top of the list.

Why are the currency exchange rates out of date?
Every time you select the currency category, the exchange rates are updated. To force an update you simply go back to the category select screen, make sure you have an active internet connection and then select the currency category. A text label on screen will inform you on the update progress and confirm when rates were last updated.

I cannot find the unit I need?
We’ve tried our best to include every common unit for conversion, but there will always be some that are out of scope for an everyday conversion app. If you feel we have missed something, please send us a message and we’ll do our best to incorporate it into the next version.
